Haiku

intricate calculation

of light and angle,

glass becomes mirror.

only one mirror

four members,

faces alike but alienated.

pregnant buds

decorate

the sleepy epitaph

tears of separation

close the gap,

ever so silently.

silence screams,

very loudly,

in the vacant night.

 

 

 

 Basab Mondal, is a teacher by profession who has unbridled love for literature.He has done his masters in English and Education.He writes poems in English and Bengali.He writes to gratify his own inner-self.His poems have been published in several little magazines and anthologies.
